Then back to gentleness changing with the remorseless tide<\/div>\n
Your generous bottom lip so endearing<\/div>\n
Thins and tightens full of secrets and fear<\/div>\n
No amount of love and devotion can erase<\/div>\n
The dread of losing more than you win when in my embrace<\/div>\n
How can I make it so that you know?<\/div>\n
What must I do for this truth to show?<\/div>\n
That all is love and it cannot be lost<\/div>\n
It exists and perseveres beyond all cost<\/div>\n
Worth your devotion and commited return<\/div>\n
Of love generous in the simplicity you spurn<\/div>\n
Sadly not enough or worth a life changing event<\/div>\n
Too idealistic and not in keeping with what you have spent<\/div>\n
This life and this love for your sins I repent<\/div>\n
I endure and daily in silence I pray<\/div>\n
That you will dispense with the complications haunting our love one day.<\/div>\n
